Seaside, OR should be re-named "Dog City". I saw plenty of canines during my vacation there.

I love that place! There are lots of cool shops to visit, which I could walk to from the resort my parents and I stayed at. (The name of that resort's Watermark, I think.) One of my favorite places was an icecream store called Flashback. The gift section consists of stuff such as gags, comicbooks (7 of which my dad purchased for me), Elvis merchandise, I Love Lucy merchandise, Betty Boop stuff, lots of things with superhero motifs (folders, bobbleheads, memo pads, some DC lunch pails, sticky notes), and all sorts of nifty stuff. I found some Fantastic Four items there!

A good Breakfast place is Pig 'N Pancake. The restaurant in Shilo Inn also has yummy stuff to choose from.

You'll absolultely love Seaside if you enjoy icecream and taffy. I saw multiple stores selling that stuff.
