When there's a test coming up, I spend my time fretting and worrying about it. I get all stressed out, and the test day always comes around faster than I want it to. In the end though, I usually do a better job on the test than I thought I would. Why do I keep expecting failure? Why can't I relax and tell myself that I'll do fine?
