Why can't dreams become reality?

During one of my dreams last night, I went out to get the mail. When I opened the door, lots of envelopes came flying out at me. Twelve of them were letters for me. They could've been from friends and family, but I didn't recognize any of the name. I figured they were birthday messages. Didn't get to know for sure, 'cause I woke up.

When I did get the mail this afternoon, the only thing for me was a credit card ad. I'm not interested in owning a credit card. I threw everything away. Would've been nice for some of the letters in my dream to have been real letters in my mailbox.

I share the same b-day with a girl named Sara. I used to write to her, but stopped. We don't have anything in common, she tends to lose my letters....last time she wrote, she said she forgot it was her time to do so. She doesn't know we aren't penpals anymore, so I might recieve a card from her. Only thing is, I won't get it 'til after my b-day, 'cause Sara doesn't like to do cards for events, 'til the actual event takes place. She didn't write in her Christmas card 'til the night before, so of course I didn't get that on time.

I want more letters to come to me. My hands want to handle pens again, instead of just doing typing. I hope my penpals remember my b-day, and send a card. That would be very nice.
