I like the twist in today's Yu-Gi-Oh! episode! Kaiba has to go through a struggle similiar to what Yugi has gone through twice. Remember when Yugi no longer trusted the spirit in his Millenium Puzzle? Yami wanted to do anything to defeat Kaiba in a duel, but Yugi didn't want any harm to befall his opponent. In the Battle City arc, Marik told Yami Bakura to leave Bakura's body, knowing that Yami wouldn't want to attack a friend. Yugi struggled again about what to do. If Yami Bakura hadn't taken over his host's body again , would the trust Yugi had with Yami be severed for a second time?

In Kaiba's scenario, if he attacks Noa, he'll be attacking Mokuba (who's brainwashed) too. Mokuba doesn't even recognize his own brother, he's that far into Noa's spell. What will Kaiba do next week? He'll be arguing with himself. To my knowlege, he doesn't have an alter-ego residing in his mind. I didn't think I'd see Kaiba in this tight a spot before. Maybe he'll be a little nicer to Yugi after everything is over?

Right, like that'll happen on the show. Once a rival, always a rival.

Not to mention that I'd think he'd gone out of character if Kaiba were to be a nicer person.
