Why does Writer's block come when I want to update?

I keep coming up with new ideas for diary entries, but when I attempt to write them down, words fail me. I dunno what's going on there. My first idea dealt with today's Reading Rainbow episode. LeVar traveled to the Amazon Rainforest, to learn about one of the tribes living there. There are plants available for just about any type of illness in the Rainforest, and Shamans learn about the plant secrets. LeVar had to ask for permission before taking a look at the plants, and of course it was granted to him. I hope this show lasts for a long time. I liked today's episode for two reasons. The first is that I found the theme of the day to be interesting. The second reason I liked it is because the episode was a new one. Usually when I'm on college breaks, I'll see repeats. It's rare for me to see a new episode of Reading Rainbow, yet I enjoy the show anyway.

My second entry idea was about my dad. I wanted to rant about him, throughout the entire entry, but words failed a second time. Maybe a part of me didn't want my readers to think I completly disliked my dad, because I don't. I love my parents. I like some things about them, and dislike other things. I guess none of you will know the specifics though. There are just some things that aren't appropriate to talk about in the online world...
