Max and Marina

Yesterday my parents and I took Max to the vet. (Marina was supposed to come too, but she hid extremely well, so after awhile my dad gave up.) All the way to the vet, Max mewed in his cat carrier (the same one he was in when my family adopted him). According to this woman at the cat clinic, Max is beginning to lose his baby teeth, and his adult teeth are coming in. When does that occur in cats?

Max wasn't quite sure what to make of the vet, but he stayed his sweet, lovable self during the examination. He has a slight cold, which should hold its course for about 2 weeks. The woman at the clinic (receptionist, maybe?) said that's normal for any cat coming from Paws.

Hours later, Marina showed herself. She's a black cat, so she can position herself in the shadows. My close friend in Changepoint also owns a black cat. I wanted to tell my Changepoint friends about Max and Marina last Wednesday, but I couldn't attend the meeting because I felt weak after having cramps due to my period.
